HI HI I WANT TO UPDATE MY REVIEW!!! Currently communicating with the person helping with my issue but for anyone who is having issues with any orders (especially if it was a gift through throne) it is best to try to find the exact link for your item since throne doesnt provide it and throne doesnt help with refunds (it will automatically say you cant be refunded) YOU CAN BE REFUNDED OR THE ITEM REPLACED!!! Then scroll to the bottom of the page to find any ways of contact. i apologize for my one star review and if i knew how to remove it i would, this was before i was informed that throne is just a bad app in general. Most efficient way to do the refund or replacement is email directly!! Again everyone please ignore the one star review i was just not being smart about it. <3
